This drain pump worked exactly as expected and all I had to do was swap it out. The new pump has now been installed for several months and still works like it should. I doubt that I will have to replace it before replacing the washer now that I am aware of the garbage that collects in the trap.

pump fit perfect and it was very easy to install, took minutes to put in. just hope that the pump last ad long as the original .

Replacement Washer Drain Pump,

I have a Kennmore HE2 washer that would not drain even though the pump motor would run. I removed the 3 screws holding the front lower panel to access this part removed hoses and power from the old assembly and replaced it with this part. It is a direct and easy replacement that worked great. Prompt delivery and a decent price but would like to be able to purchase different parts of this assembly separately since the pump impeller was the only broken part.
