This is a great product! I got the savings deal where I got this one ( the purple one), another like this in brown, and a back pad that is an 18x24" mat that can be wrapped around you, or you can lie on it. They all can be frozen for cold therapy, or microwaved for hot therapy, and have little inserts of herbs in them for aromatherapy. I use the purple as a cold wrap for headaches and it stays in the freezer- works great for bee stings and sprains too. The brown ones I keep for heat, and they have been thrown in the microwave countless times and used for sore muscles, stomach aches and simply to warm the bed when its really cold out. The rectangular one is so versatile - it can be laid out like a mat you can lie on, and since it is not a chemical heat or electric heat you can fall asleep on it, since it will gradually lose heat over an hour or so.
