I can't sleep when there is any light and this is perfect for my afternoon naps. Very comfortable and stays in place.

This mask is a great deal (I have seen others that boast the same advantages but are twice the cost). The mask is soft and comfortable against your face/skin and has a pleasant (but not overpowering) fragrance of lavendar. I love it because it reminds me of the spa and definitely provides me enough aromtic benefits to relax and sleep peacefully. Ever since I had my son I cant sleeep at night and I am very suseptible to any light. My husband also is more of a night person and tends to stay up late watching TV (and falling alseep leaving it on til all hours of the night...). This is a HUGE help in falling and staying alseep! I would totally recommend for people that have to sleep during the day, are light sensitive or just overall restless sleepers. I just wish the straps that hold it in place were a little thicker and softer (they are just skiny elastics - but they dont snag your hair or anything just not the most comfortable).

I really liked this product. I bought it for me and my husband because in our bedroom we have a window that allows light to come in even with dark blinds. Taking afternoon naps and the early morning sun awoke us many times. I loved the lavendar scent, it was very comfortable on my eyes. The only thing is, I wish it was a darker fabric. Although it does keep the light away, if it had darker fabric it may help a little more. Im very impressed with this mask.
