Supple Cups is an amazing innovative new product to aid expecting Mom's with flat or inverted nipples. Supple Cups can correct flat or inverted nipples with great success. Instructions for use: What you will need is a gentle lip balm, or Lansinoh® (We recommend Lansinoh®) so the Supple will hold a seal to your nipple. Rub a very small amount of this on your nipple and in the inside of the Supple. Be careful not to use too much as it will not allow the Supple to suction properly. Place the Supple on the nipple and squeeze out as much air as you want or can, pressing gently on your nipple. This will create a gentle vacuum, pulling the nipple into the Supple. We suggest taking it easy and not using too much suction for your first time. You can always increase the suction a little later or your next time wearing them. Flat or inverted nipples can and usually do cause problem with early breastfeeding. Supple cups can eliminate any foreseeable problems buy pulling out and elongating flat or inverted nipples, creating longer and larger nipples in the process. Supple Cups work by creating a gentle suction that you choose the strength of, making Supple Cups a custom fit for every expecting Mom. The amount of time needed to see results will vary. Although this product is effective and gentle, I'm disappointed to see that it shot up in price sometime over the past three years. The design is simple, and the manufacturing costs can't be more than a few CENTS. However, despite my frustration with this ridiculous pricing, I have to say that Supple Cups are really wonderful, and they work as well as the Avent Niplette and cost half as much.

I used to have severely inverted nipples. Years ago I discovered the Niplette, and paid $50 for the tiny plastic devices. They worked. I was amazed to see the suction pull out tissue that I never knew I had! However, the Niplette is made of a hard grade plastic, and it actually dug into my skin and caused bleeding and scabs. Even with the pain, I used the product for about a year and achieved permanent stretching of the nipple tissues.

I found out about Supple cups by accident while looking for a way to enlarge my nipples before the birth of my second child. I had already breastfed a child prior to that but had extreme difficulties due to the fact that I had flat nipples and my son was born with a tongue tie. Breast feeding did help to pull my nipples out but I felt they weren't big enough and needed to be bigger to be sure I didn't encounter problems like I had the first time I tried breastfeeding. Well I can honestly say that any problems I experienced with breastfeeding for the second time weren't due to flat nipples! When I first came across this product while searching for the Niplette online I was excited. It had much better reviews and was made of a soft silicone material instead of hard plastic like the other option. When it first arrived I was anxious to get them out of the package to try and start the process. Mine are completely inverted and have never come out in my entire life. Now I'm 24 and my husband and I want to start a family, but I have always had anxiety about not being able to breast feed since I don't have "nipples". Well, right away I was shocked by the end of my first two hours of use to see tissue actually there that I didn't even know existed.

I went to the store to buy the Lansinoh Lanolin as suggested by the seller and experienced even better results than when I was using lip balm. I have now been using them for almost two weeks daily for about 3-4 hours at a time. Right now that's all that is comfortable for me, but I am experiencing better results each day...Read more
