i love this breast pump!!
It is easy & gentle on my nipples and very effective in getting milk quickly which is great for busy moms like me and such a pleasant experience. If there was anything i would change it would be the sound...again all pumps sound this way, but since i am on phone alot for my job it would be great if it were just a bit quieter :) while i am busy multitasking. Again i love this pump and would recommend that all new moms get one.

I have a 3 year old and a new baby. I started using the Simplesse pump because I heard from my girlfriend that it was fast and didn't hurt like the pump I had with baby #1. I am able to pump all I need in about 5-7 minutes whereas before it would take 10-15 minutes. Those minutes are precious when you are chasing a toddler around! I also find this pump to be much more comfortable--the tapping sensation is so much better than the pulling sentation of other pumps. LOVE THIS PUMP!!

The review should be broken down in multiple parts:
1. When this pump works: It is excellent. It expresses milk fast and efficiently, with multiple letdowns, minimum discomfort without misshapen ice-cream cones breasts after.
2. Customer Service: It is also excellent. Very helpful, they will send you replacements, go with you through setting up process, send you links on how to maximize milk expression (very helpful), even have a lactation consultant call you in case you need help.
3. Reliability: That is where it breaks down. I had to put it apart multiple times during the pumping sessions before it starts working. I start expressing, letdown happen, no milk comes out. I take apart, put it together again (according to the instructions), milk still does come out. Repeat the whole process, let's say at the third attempt you are lucky and milk start coming out.Sometimes, I would not not be that lucky and had to switch to a hospital grade Ameda to...Read more
