Pumped for 7 weeks without this, then I started using it, and its great having my hands back. I use the Medela Pump In Style and it works great. Right now, my size is a 36D (used to be a 34C prior to pregancy). And the size small fits great.

I read a previous review of tis bra and tried to be cheap and just use a sleeping bra and then I tried just a regular nursing bra but I had to sit leaning forward or milk would drip out from the bottom of the breast shields. I decided to buy this bra when I had to go home and change one day becuase of a leak that left my entire right side of my shirt and pants wet and stained.

I fell in love with bra at first sight!

The best thing about this bra is that is very, very very, very adjustable. Ladies, we know were not all built the same. Not only does it come with an extra center piece in case your nipples are farther apart that others but the back of the bra has two very strong Velcro connections so I can make the bra as tight or as loose you want to. No matter what bra size you are you should be able to adjust this to fit you. I wear mine super tight so i can walk around with it on when I'm using the battery back on my Medela pump. This is definitely a must-have item if you're pumping. I'm currently using it with my Medela InStyle Advanced Pump and it works great. I went from having to hold both pumps and worry about losing suction or dripping milk, to sitting on the couch with a book and not losing a drop. Granted, it looks a little ridiculous on, but then again, so does sitting there with your shirt off and holding pumps. It comes with an extra zip-in panel which I needed to use so that the pumps were at the right distance...I don't bother with the straps they provide. I think this is intended to use under your clothes for women at work - not sure how I would feel about that, but it's definitely great for using at home. Overall a great product and something every pumping mom needs.
