Made from an 88% polyester/12% spandex high-performance technical fabric, PumpEase will hold your pump in place as securely for your 1000th pumping session as it did for your 1st. This bra works great! I pump 5-7 times per day. The openings hold the flanges in place so it is truly hands free. The system fits over my nursing bra; a must as I will be going back to work and wanted to avoid taking a bra on and off. I would recommend sticking to the size chart (I was a 34A before pregnancy and now fit into a 34C; I bought the small size and it works very well).

This 'bra' is perfect for pumping at work. I wear my normal nursing bras throughout the day, then when I have to pump I pull the cups down and this support goes over my bra. Once I'm done pumping the pumpease comes off, goes back into the bag and I'm back in my normal bra. What I don't like about some of the other hands free bras is that they are big and bulky. I can't wear them under normal t shirts or basically anything besides a thick sweater or sweatshirt - not appropriate for my job. With the pumpease I can wear whichever bra I need to, this easily goes on and comes off for whenever I need it. I would recommend that you order a size smaller than you think though. I got the medium and I wear a bra size 36C, although I think I'm a little smaller now that I've been nursing for so long. The medium fits but I wish it were a little snugger to keep the pump up a little bit better.

I am sooo happy about this product. I have been unable to double pump prior to putting this on. Now I can do all kinds of things while pumping. It's amazing!! I was a 38DDD prior to becoming pregnant and the "medium" fits me perfect.
