Developed with midwife and baby adviser Vicki Scott, Philips AVENT Day Breast Pads protect your bra and clothes from breast milk leakage all day long. Soft and comfortable with a contoured fit, these pads easily slip into a nursing bra or regular bra and are invisible under clothes. Multiple layers provide exceptional absorbency, and a one-way top sheet traps moisture inside the pad. Philips AVENT Day Breast Pads help nursing moms feel comfortable whenever let-down occurs during the day. Included in each pack are two bonus Philips AVENT Nighttime breast pads.

Super-Absorbent Layers Trap Moisture

Nursing moms know that leaks can happen anytime, anywhere. AVENT Day Breast Pads are extra absorbent to prevent excess milk from leaking through to your bra or clothes. Multiple hygienic layers pull moisture away from skin and a top sheet traps it inside the pad to keep you feeling dry and comfortable throughout the day.
Contoured Shape Is Invisible Under Clothes

These breast pads won't affect the look or fit of your clothes. They're thin and contoured to fit your breasts. They slip easily into your bra and are invisible under whatever you're wearing so you can be comfortable without sacrificing style.
Hygienic and Dermatologist Tested

Made of breathable, natural materials, these pads are hygienic and dermatologist tested to be gentle on skin. The top sheet has a silky feel to prevent irritation, and adhesive tape secures each pad to your bra so it won't shift around as you move through your day.
Portable, Discreet Packaging

These pads are individually wrapped to ensure that each one stays safe and hygienic until you're ready to use it. The discreet packaging makes the pads easy to take with you in a purse, diaper bag, or briefcase. Used pads can simply be tossed in the trash.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)
I find these very similar to the Lansinoh disposable pads, with one major difference -- they only have one spot of adhesive on them. I prefer two, as the Lansinoh ones have, which helps keep them in place longer. They are not particularly soft, and do get lumpy with repeated flips of the nursing bra to nurse, but they do the job. Overall, I still prefer washable pads unless I know I want the security of a water-resistant/proof barrier that comes with a disposable pad.

I have tried a few different breast pads now and these are by far my least favorite. When I first got them, the first thing I noticed was that they are all individually wrapped. This, to me, is very unnecessary and is a waste of time and materials. These are very thin and always feel wet (though I haven't leaked through one yet) and you can also see the seam on them through shirts. I will definitely not be ordering these again.

I have been using Avent breast pads since 2006. They were my absolute favorite pads. Now, Phillips changes them. Now, instead of being the unique pads they were, they are just like every other breast pad on the market. If I wanted a Lansinoh style pad, I'd buy Lansinoh 20265 Disposable Nursing Pads, 60-pack. These are much larger in diameter than the old ones. They are significantly thinner, too. But don't think that means they don't show- they still show. The edges on the large diameter pad bunch and itch, particularly on the underside of the breast. I'm not a fan. Very disappointed. Yeah, it is an average pad. It is just like every other pad on the market, which I do not like. Why mess with a good thing? Why remake something that was unique into the same thing everyone else makes? It is frustrating, for sure.
