I really liked these pads. They were the most comfortable and absorbent pads that I have tried aside from these: The First Years - Lanolin Disposable Breast Pads 30 ct.

These are a bit expensive but worth it. The cheaper plastic lined breast pads make me sweat instantly. These are light and fresh feeling. Only downside is that the consistency is a little iffy. In a box I'll usually get about 5 weird, extra-thick ones. I've gone through 10 boxes by now and it always happens. But they do flatten down after a while so its fine.

My right breast leaks so much that I sometimes have to wear two pads or change very frequently.

By far the worst disposable nursing pad I've ever used. Which is frustrating since these are certainly more expensive. The sides often come apart, and the pads tend to fold in on themselves a bit. The adhesive strip is so tiny that most of the time I don't even bother - they don't stay in place either way. Unless the compostable feature is a must-have, go with something else.
