I have found these to be the thinnest pads out there, and I have found them to be very absorbent. I wish they had some sort of adhesive, but otherwise they are great, and I will definitely keep buying them.

I bought these b/c they were cheaper...and now I know why. They did not absorb well at all and left me very wet in the breast area and caused me to leak a number of times. They also do not stay in place. The Lasinoh or medela still are discreet and they have a small sticky tab to help stay in place and they absorb so much better - I stayed much drier.

I love using these breast pads, they are very thin and are not noticeable under the bra but yet they do the job and keep my breasts from leaking through my bra.
