I received a sample pack of these - thank goodness I didn't buy more of them!!! After wearing them over night they had bunched, stuck to my nipple and tore open on one seam. I might have just thrown them away and not written a review but on the seam where they tore open a crystally powder had come out. So, at 3 in the morning, I think that is weird and brush it away but I must have missed some because when I was done nursing my son had little gobs of what looked like silicone around his mouth. This crystally powder must be what absorbs the leaky milk and had expanded. Needless to say my son probably swallowed some of this chemical and it can't be good for him! I would certainly avoid. I had been using the lansinoh with no problem.
Works good,

My wife tried a few different brands and she likes these the best. I have ordered four different boxes so far and no problems. Judging by the other reviews I'm guessing it works for some and not for others. I'm getting ready to order another box :)
The only disposables I can use,

I was desperate so I bought these even though the reviews were bad. They are the only disposables I can tolerate. All the others are super itchy and annoying. These pads are also very absorbent for overnight, at least for me. I think it's all a personal preference, but I really do like these the best (after reusables).
