Medela Power Adapter Transformer for Pump In Style breast pumps - model Advanced #9207041

This is the plug to use with the older breastpumps (mine is from my first child born in 2007). As other reviewers have noted, it will not work with newer models. Check the numbers on the backside of your original plug before purchasing this one to make sure that it states "Input: 120VAC" and "Output: 12VDC". If yours has the output as 9VDC, you need to use model # 920.7010.

My only problem with this was that the manufacturer sent me the wrong plug. The box said that it was the 920.7041 model, but the plug inside was the 920.7040 model. It works fine with my older model, it just has less output/pull that with the 920.7041 model.

So, great replacement plug, but I just wish the manufacturer had a little bit more quality control to assure that what is inside the box matches what is labeled on the outside of the box.

My original cord died after about four months of use. I purchased this replacement and it works but is heavier than the one it came with and gets hot if you leave it plugged in which I tend to do overnight; I don't recall that happening with the original.

I got this charger as a second one so I could easily plug my Pump In Style in at my desk as well as beside the bed. It works perfectly, and makes moving it around much easier!
