The product works great, but the photo shows two shields. You only get one shield, so my wife was a little mislead when she ordered it. By the time you pay shipping, you might as well get it at a store.

I own the Medela contact nipple shield too, but I like this one better because it adheres to the skin on the breast better than the cut out contact version. I have very short nipples, and sometimes my son would throw a fit when he has trouble latching. The shield is a good option for those with short nipples (and no, not everyone's nipples get longer with sucking)

I purshased the nipple shield for my daugter and chose this item because the picture they provided in their link indicated there were two shields in the order. I was disappointed when my daughter received the order and there was only one. When I wrote to the company, they blamed the misleading picture on Amazon, and basically said it is just my bad luck.
My daughter really likes the nipple shield and helped her tremendously, but I do not recommend this seller.
