My first son was exclusively bottle fed (breasmilk) since he was a lazy nurser and didn't gain weight. My second one who is one month old now is great on the breast but takes his time so if I ever wanted to get out of the house to run an errand I wanted to pump milk and have my nanny feed him. He was also not able to latch onto the nipple which made him swallow a huge amount of air making him gassy and miserable during and after the feeding. Then I tried Tomme Tippee bottles as they were supposed to be closer to the shape of the breast, but maybe not mine as they were even worse than the browns. This review is from: Medela 8oz Breastmilk Bottle Set - Medela 87132 (Baby Product) Was so happy to find 8oz medela bottles that are not glass! These work great for my 7 month old. Very similar to the 5oz medela bottle. The nipples, nipple caps, and storage caps can be used on either the 5 or 8 oz bottles. 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) So if you need a low flow still you have to buy it separately. |
