We received the box with one pair of pads and not two. We were expecting two pairs as the item description said, but it was not the case. If you get one box, don't open it and return the item for a refund. good luck

These are much more comfortable than disposable nursing pads. They stay in place much better too. The only problem is when I have to go extended time periods (like overnight). They don't do the job then.
