I pump exclusively and these help stimulate more milk for me!! I just warm them up for a minute or so in the microwave and tuck them in my bra. Don't know what I'd do without 'em!

My husband bought me two boxes, and I am so thankful. I keep one set for warm and one for cold (in the fridge always), and it makes pre and post breastfeeding or pumping much, much easier (and less painful!).

I used these when I was engorged and it really help to relieve the discomfort, and helped to shorten the period of time it took for the swelling to go down. I used them cool after every feeding.
