I'm definitely a heavy leaker with probable oversupply, and I think very well of the leak-proof Fuzzibuns pads. I seriously have never leaked through them, even overnight when my son skips a feeding. (I'll still wake up in a puddle of milk then, but the pads are completely saturated with several ounces of leakage and milk's flowing around them at that point... and even so, the part of my bra behind the pad is still dry.)

I actually liked these so much, I went and bought a second set.

I was looking for a washable nursing pad after a bad experience with the soft shells nursing cups clogging a duct. The fuzzibunz pads are great in that they're comfortable, thin, and relatively smooth so minimally noticeable under clothing. They do a great job at wicking away the moisture from the skin, so they stay comfortable for a long time. Only problem, is that they're SO good at wicking away the moisture, it's really hard to tell when they're saturated so the possibility of leakage is substantial if you're a big producer/leaker and/or need to wear them for a long time.

I use them primarily when I'm at home, or when wearing multiple layers of clothes, but not so much out when a leak would be more embarrassing.

I had bought three different types of breastpads recently and these were the best and I am quite happy with them. They were very absorbent and I found that they were not cold when wet, which is a huge plus for milk production (or so they say!). I really liked these, they were cozy and comfortable and since I wear bras that don't show everything I had no issue with the pads showing through my shirt like some complained about.

I also wish that they were slightly larger. They are larger than your typical cotton ones, but not by much. Another half inch would be perfect. I did have an issue with them not providing quite enough absorbancy for me (but almost!) when I was quite full and baby was nursing on the other side; but I DO have over-active letdown. Still, they were 10 times better than ANYTHING else I have tried in the past, so I was VERY happy!
