I have a Medela Pump in Style Advanced. I use Dr. Brown's bottles. I use the standard size bottles for feeding LO but I don't really like them for pumping. The bottles are too tall so I end up sitting in an awkward position. Plus, the base is skinny and I'm clumsy so I frequently ::almost:: knock full bottles of milk over. I got these adapters so I could use Dr. B's wide neck bottles with my pump. They work perfectly! I love them. Now I can sit normally while I pump and the bottles are much more stable so even if I do bump them they don't fall over. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants to pump directly into wide neck bottles.

One thing to note about the seller is that they take a couple extra days to process orders (at least they did when I ordered). These screw on to my glass Born Free bottles and make them work with my Medela pump perfectly. It's so much more convient to pump straight into the bottle that my son will be eating from (any method of reducing the number of dishes to be washed is appreciated!)

I like being able to pump directly into the bottle I am going to use to feed the baby - it saves me from having to wash an extra bottle, and also I'm not wasting any milk when transfering it from bottle to bottle. I use it with the hands free bustier, and Born Free glass bottles. I get a little nervous when the glass bottles are almost full since they do get heavy, but it's always been fine.
