After reading the other comments, I was hesitant about purchasing this item. The only problem was I needed it. So I went ahead and gave it a shot. The item was at my home within a week in perfect condition. They even put in a little bottle of lanolin. I would recommend. :)

You must have extra breast pump parts if you don't want to spend your life washing pieces. These work just fine with my pump and fit all the other pieces.

After reading previous reviews of this item/seller, I undertook the risk of ordering from this company, hoping that they had fixed their shipping issues. I was wrong. I ordered the flange on 8/29 and just received it today, 9/14. The product is as described, not exactly as pictured, it is a different plastic, more opaque than clear like the pieces that came with the pump. Perhaps this is the new "BPA free" type of plastic, I honestly don't know. I needed the flange so I took the risk, but if there is a different seller to buy this from, I would go that route, especially if you are stuck with only one flange to pump with.
I DID contact the company asking the whereabouts of my item, they blamed it on a warehouse problem. If it's a shipping company problem, perhaps they should find a new one. USPS is obviously not working for them.
All in all, it's fine to go this route, especially if you have the time to wait.
